Personal Experiences: Masterplanning

List of Selected Masterplanning Projects the Principals of OneDesign has been involved in prior to the inception of OneDesign.

1. India Next Township, Gurgaon:

A 500 acre township with residential group housing and plotted blocks along with commercial, retail and institutional buildings.

2. Vatika Infotech City, Jaipur:
800 acres of mixed-use township development on a Greenfield site in the outskirts of Jaipur.

3. City Center at Vatika Infotech City:
30 acre commercial district, with 1.6 million sqft of office spaces and 750,000 sqft of retail and entertainment facilities.

4. E-City World, Bangalore:
31 acre mixed use project comprising of 5.2 million sqft premium group housing, commercial, hotel & serviced apartments

5. Vatika City, Gurgaon:
37 acre residential township with around 3 million sqft of residential apartments in low, mid and high rise blocks

6. IGIB South Campus, Delhi:
Institute of Genomic and Integrative Biology (IGIB) campus has a built up area of 260,000 sq. ft. ona 25 acre site, distributed over 5 laboratory buildings and a residential complex.

[Unless specifically stated otherwise, the concept design of all projects has been done by Studio u+a (UK) when Sandeep Roy was the head of their India office. In all such projects, Sandeep Roy was involved in participating during development of the concept design and led a team of urban designers and architects in India on design development, services co-ordination, working drawings and project management]
