Personal Experiences: First India Place

First India Place stands with a majestic 80m frontage on Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, the main commercial artery of Gurgaon. An office complex of approximately 200,000 sqft built-up area, its serene and composed presence makes a huge difference in the otherwise chaotic MG Road. This was also the project in which the principals of Synergy and OneDesign worked together for the first time.
