Managing the Design of Emerald Plaza, Gurgaon

Back in January 2012, OneDesign had bagged a Project Management Contract for managing the design process of this 600,000 sqft retail and office complex in Gurgaon on behalf of Emaar-MGF.

With a full fledged PM division now, headed by senior professionals and able middle management, OneDesign team currently has 3 contracts for project management with more in the anvil.

Emerald Plaza, meanwhile, is currently under construction with the double level basement being cast in various stages during August 2012.
