Lakeside Redevelopment at Alipurduar, West Bengal

As Urban Design consultant to a multi-disciplinary team, OneDesign is involved with the Government of West Bengal for a Lakeside Redevelopment project in Alipurduar.

The overall project area of 12 hectares involves rejuvenation of a lake inside the District Headquarter town of Alipurduar in North Bengal along with creating recreation and commercial zones along its banks. The perimeter of the lake is approximately 3 kms.
