Executive Director – Projects, is a Civil Engineer from IT, BHU, graduating in 1977 and has over 35 years of experience in Project Management with specialisation on Contracts and Procurement

Professionally, Sabyasachi Roy has worked in senior management capacity with Tata Consulting Engineers, Hoechst International, Nippon Denro Ispat and Simplex Concrete before joining Studio u+a and its associate company Westcourt RE, a Bangalore based Real Estate Company as their Contracting and Procurement Head for the under-construction Four-Seasons Hotel in Bangalore.

Presently, as head of all non-design Project support activity in OneDesign Group from July 2012, Sabyasachi Roy is actively involved in contracts, business development, site quality control and administration with special emphasis on establishing the verticals of turnkey interior contracting and Project Management for the group.

MNC.One Wins Contracts for IT Parks in West Bengal

Delighted to announce that MNC.One has bagged two contracts for comprehensive design of Information Technology Parks (Incubation Centers) at Plasto Steel Park Arena at Barjora and Kanyapur zone, Asansol, being developed West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation (WEBEL), a Govt of West Bengal Undertaking. The projects are meant for promoting IT/ITES service at those areas specially keeping in mind medium and small scale entrepreneurs. The proposed Incubation Centres will be of around 50,000 sqft. of built-up area each. Pleased to announce that MNC.One has been awarded the Architectural and Structural design consultancy for Godrej Prakriti, Phase III in Kolkata.

Godrej Prakriti is a premium residential complex,within which Phase III consists of 8 nos 20 storey Towers with approximately 1100 apartments in all and a total built-up area of 1.4 million sqft.
