Vacancy for Architects, Gurgaon

The Post: OneDesign, Gurgaon, requires young graduate (only B.Arch need apply) architects between 1-4 years of experience

The Skills: Interest in design development and detailing is a pre-requisite. Exceptional presentation skills, using Photoshop, Sketchup or 3DS will carry major weightage in selection. Please apply with a brief portfolio attached or a link to your web-portfolio.

The Work Profile: Preparing presentations are likely to be only about 25% of the workload. Majority of involvement would be on design development and working drawings, so good AutoCAD skill is expected, but we are confident we can train the young candidate on these aspects over time.

Remuneration: Salary would be in the range of Rs 3.0-4.2 lakh PA, based on skill and experience, other than a variable annual performance bonus. We also prefer NCR based candidates, but outstation candidates may apply and attend interview at their own cost.
