The Work Profile: Design development and working drawings, so good AutoCAD skill is expected along with knowledge of interior detailing commensurate to years of experience.

Remuneration: Salary would be in the range of Rs 2.0-3.6 lakh PA, based on skill, experience and qualification, in that order of priority. We also prefer NCR based candidates, but outstation candidates may apply and attend interview at their own cost.

The overall area of the site is 10 acres with 2.75 FAR. The brief is to design and build approximately half the allowable area and plotted development in half of the area.

MNC.One proposed a solution with a grand central street and built-forms on its two sides. Bylanes beyond the grand street leads to quaint cul-de-sacs of plotted housing with a small central green-patch between clusters of 12-16 plots.

The Hotels include Hyatt Place (176 keys) Gurgaon, Fairfield Marriot (160 keys), Bangalore and Marriot Courtyard (171 keys), Bangalore. The overall floor area under scope of OneDesign is approximately 55,000 sqft.

The overall project area of 12 hectares involves rejuvenation of a lake inside the District Headquarter town of Alipurduar in North Bengal along with creating recreation and commercial zones along its banks. The perimeter of the lake is approximately 3 kms.

The design brief calls for a total built up area of 1,35,000 sqft in 6 levels along with two basement levels for parking and vaults. The ground floor would cater to retail banking while the upper floors would be dedicated to corporate banking and the banks internal operations.

Professionally, Zafar Hasan’s career took him from Public sector companies in India like EPIL and Ircon to OAB Est and Tower Ltd in Riyadh and finally for the last 6 years in India and VP-MEP and later President-Projects in the Vatika Group.

Presently, with the OneDesign Group since July 2012 based out of Gurgaon office, Zafar Hasan is setting up the team for complete internalization of all MEP design. He is also looking after all services issues for project management and interior design projects

Professionally, Sabyasachi Roy has worked in senior management capacity with Tata Consulting Engineers, Hoechst International, Nippon Denro Ispat and Simplex Concrete before joining Studio u+a and its associate company Westcourt RE, a Bangalore based Real Estate Company as their Contracting and Procurement Head for the under-construction Four-Seasons Hotel in Bangalore.

Presently, as head of all non-design Project support activity in OneDesign Group from July 2012, Sabyasachi Roy is actively involved in contracts, business development, site quality control and administration with special emphasis on establishing the verticals of turnkey interior contracting and Project Management for the group.

The Guest House spread over a 4 acre site and built-up area of approximately 75,000 sqft area, consists of 10 VVIP guest suites for visiting Prime Minister, President, Chief Ministers, 10 VIP guest rooms for high standing bureaucrats, 50 twin accommodating hotel rooms along with auditorium, conference facility, Dining rooms and halls, kitchen, entertainment areas, barracks for security personnel and staff accommodation.
