MNC.One Wins Contracts for IT Parks in West Bengal

Delighted to announce that MNC.One has bagged two contracts for comprehensive design of Information Technology Parks (Incubation Centers) at Plasto Steel Park Arena at Barjora and Kanyapur zone, Asansol, being developed West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation (WEBEL), a Govt of West Bengal Undertaking. The projects are meant for promoting IT/ITES service at those areas specially keeping in mind medium and small scale entrepreneurs. The proposed Incubation Centres will be of around 50,000 sqft. of built-up area each. MNC.One is proud to be part of the resurgent IT sector in West Bengal and looks forward to working together with the state government for these prestigious projects.

MNC.One bags Godrej Prakriti, Phase III in Kolkata!

Pleased to announce that MNC.One has been awarded the Architectural and Structural design consultancy for Godrej Prakriti, Phase III in Kolkata.

Godrej Prakriti is a premium residential complex,within which Phase III consists of 8 nos 20 storey Towers with approximately 1100 apartments in all and a total built-up area of 1.4 million sqft.

We’ve Been Busy, this Jan 2012!

Its been a good start to Y2012 for OneDesign and MNC.One team. Quite a few projects with some very reputed clients kept us busy this first month of the year, which explains the lack of updates in our site for a long time.

To start with, we booked a Design Management contract with Emaar-MGF to manage a 400,000 sqft commercial complex in Gurgaon. Scope includes all Pre-Construction Management activities up to award of construction contracts and subsequently, to ensure design compliance at site. This was followed by a corporate interior project for Gujarat Fluorochemicals (known for their INOX Leisure brand of multiplexes all around the country). Soon to follow was a comprehensive design contract with Homestead for a 77 acre township design in Haryana, including masterplanning, infrastructure, villas, housing floors, commercial complex, nursing home, primary school, the works! And just to top it off, on the last day of the month, we bagged a prestigious redevelopment project for the Laketown city market in Kolkata in a PPP project with Municipal Authorities and Green Concretex.

Over and above, we are now forced to move to a larger office in Feb 2012. That isn’t an easy project either, as anyone who has done their own office or home would swear! Thats scheduled for mid Feb.
