Zafar Hasan

Group Head – Building Services, graduated as BSc (Electrical) from AMU-Aligarh in 1976. Zafar Hasan has 35 years of rich techno-commercial experience and expertise in the estimation, design and execution of turnkey MEP works for commercial, residential, industrial and hospitality construction projects in India, Bhutan & Middle East ( KSA, Qatar & Iraq).

Professionally, Zafar Hasan’s career took him from Public sector companies in India like EPIL and Ircon to OAB Est and Tower Ltd in Riyadh and finally for the last 6 years in India and VP-MEP and later President-Projects in the Vatika Group.

Presently, with the OneDesign Group since July 2012 based out of Gurgaon office, Zafar Hasan is setting up the team for complete internalization of all MEP design. He is also looking after all services issues for project management and interior design projects

Sabyasachi Roy

Executive Director – Projects, is a Civil Engineer from IT, BHU, graduating in 1977 and has over 35 years of experience in Project Management with specialisation on Contracts and Procurement

Professionally, Sabyasachi Roy has worked in senior management capacity with Tata Consulting Engineers, Hoechst International, Nippon Denro Ispat and Simplex Concrete before joining Studio u+a and its associate company Westcourt RE, a Bangalore based Real Estate Company as their Contracting and Procurement Head for the under-construction Four-Seasons Hotel in Bangalore.

Presently, as head of all non-design Project support activity in OneDesign Group from July 2012, Sabyasachi Roy is actively involved in contracts, business development, site quality control and administration with special emphasis on establishing the verticals of turnkey interior contracting and Project Management for the group.

Rwitee Mandal

Welcome Rwitee Mandal to OneDesign team as Associate Architect!

Rwitee is an Architect and a Master in Urban Design from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, with 6 years of rich experience in design of major residential and commercial developments. Prior to joining OneDesign, Rwitee was involved in design of townships ranging from 30 to 300 acres in Jaipur, Panchkula and Gurgaon on behalf of Studio u+a. Currently, she is also a Visiting Faculty in the Department of Urban Design at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association.

Anirban Bakshi

Anirban Bakshi joins MNC-One Design from April 2011 as full-time Partner. Anirban has been informally involved for the past 3 months with incorporation and setting up of MNC-One Design. He would now head the operations of the company based out of Kolkata office.

Anirban is an architect with more than a decade of experience in large scale projects on behalf of various reputed companies including Tata Housing and Kolkata Metropolitan Group (Hiland). With a Masters Degree in Urban Design, Anirban was involved in preparation of “20 years Tourism Masterplan of West Bengal” on behalf of West Bengal Consultancy Organisation. Anirban is also a Visiting Faculty in Jadavpur University, Dept of Urban Design

As a Partner in MNC-One Design, Anirban would be primarily responsible for setting up the architectural delivery systems along with additional responsibilities of Operations and Business Development.

Utpal Satra

Director and Partner, MNC-One Design Solutions, he is a Civil Engineer graduating from Jadavpur University Kolkata in 1988 and completed his MCE (Struc) from the same institution in 1991.

Professionally in his 24 year career, mostly with MN Consultants Pvt Ltd as the Technical Director, Mr Satra has led a team of 50 engineers and professionals doing structural and civil engineering projects all around the country. His major projects include Apollo Gleneagles Hospital at Kolkata, The Westin Hotel at Gurgaon, The Taj at Guwahati, VSNL corporate office complex at Kolkata and numerous other prestigious office and residential buildings.

As a founder-partner of MNC-One , Mr Satra has been the moving force in creation of the multi-disciplinary company and is responsible for Structural Design and Business Development for the company.
